This cover contains the following package:

Ø     All Risks physical damage to your offshore properties. Covers include but not limited to all offshore exploration units, offshore platforms, pipelines and rigs.

Ø     All Risks cover for your offshore and onshore assets including but not limited to storage tanks, refining facilities, equipment, pipelines and buildings.

Ø     Operator's Extra Expenses providing cover for control of well, redrilling, seepage, pollution, clean – up and containment. Cover include but not limited to cost of controlling blow-out, containing and cleaning up substances emanating from wells, liability to third parties arising from seepage and pollution, redrilling, evacuation, making well safe amongst lots of other costs.

Ø     General Third Party Liability cover providing protection in respect of all sums which may become legally liable for bodily injury or property damage to others as would be imposed by law or agreed by contract.

Ø     Construction/Builders All Risks Coverage, comprehensive cover, from transportation of materials, fabrication, installation to completion including commissioning is provided including all liabilities due to the project.

Ø     Business Interruption, Delay in start - up, Loss of hire etc. The cover provides indemnity consequent upon physical damage to offshore or onshore assets resulting in delay of the commencement of operations or interruption of production.

Ø     Other coverage that could be purchased include:
